Questions

What size is a Telegram sticker?

One side exactly 512 pixels, the other 512 or less — so 512 × 512, 512 × 300 and 400 × 512 are all fine.

How do I make a Telegram video sticker?

Trim the clip to 3 seconds, remove the sound, make one side 512 pixels and save it as a VP9 WebM under 256 KB. Telegram’s @Stickers bot checks it when you upload.

Can Telegram stickers be PNG?

Yes: static stickers can be PNG or WebP. WhatsApp is the one that requires WebP.
